Lokendra Sharma FCCA
Lokendra is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with over fifteen years of working experience in the City of London.
Having started as a financial controller of a social care firm in Kings Cross, Lokendra has been involved in preparing consolidated accounts of one the biggest hedge funds in Europe and auditing multi-million pound companies. He has been on the board of a FCA regulated foreign exchange company and has served as non-executive director of a CySEC regulated brokerage firm. He works as head of compliance, MLRO and Client Money Officer of an FCA regulated CFD brokerage firm. He specialises in financial regulations for leveraged products along with financial and regulatory reporting.
Lokendra is a keen traveller and enjoys playing cricket and tennis in his spare time.
Faran Malik ACA
Faran is an ICAEW qualified chartered accountant, with over a decade’s worth of experience working for a range of clients across a variety of industries.
Having qualified with one of the ‘big 4’ accountancy firms, Faran has since worked for practices of varying sizes, specialising in accountancy, tax planning and business strategy.
Faran is a keen foodie and enjoys going out to try new things.
